Shlomo Katz, the lead lawyer in the Firm’s Wage & Hour Practice Group, authored the article “Ninth Circuit Decision Offers Useful Reminders,” published in the Employment Law Expert Analysis Section of Law360.

In the article, Katz discusses the recent decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Walsh v. Wellfleet Communications. Although the decision does not break any new ground, Katz writes, the ruling offers employers and their legal counsel an opportunity to review several important legal principles.
