Partner Robert Stark Appears on FICC Focus State of Distressed Debt Podcast

Partner Robert Stark joined the latest episode of Bloomberg Intelligence’s FICC Focus State of Distressed Debt podcast to discuss a wide range of topics in the bankruptcy arena.

During the two-hour-plus episode, which aired on Jan. 20, Stark was interviewed by Bloomberg Intelligence analysts Philip Brendel and Negisa Balluku on a broad range of topics at the heart of today’s highest-profile Chapter 11 cases.

Among other areas of discussion, Stark explained how the rules of corporate bankruptcy has changed over the past several decades to a point where, today, creditors need to be extra vigilant in the protection of their rights. He also spoke about unsecured creditors committees; challenges and changes when dealing with crypto bankruptcy proceedings; and the persistent debate on forum shopping in Chapter 11.
