Thomson Reuters Westlaw Journal Publishes ‘Tokenization’ Article by E. Patrick Gilman, David Rosenthal and James E. Bedar

James E. Bedar, Brown Rudnick Partner who leads the Firm’s U.S. Corporate Practice Group and is active in the Firm’s Digital Commerce Group, coauthored “Tokenization: The Revolution Is Now.” The article was published in the Thomson Reuters Westlaw Journal on May 14^th.

In the article, the lawyers describe different types of cryptocurrencies — including fungible and non-fungible tokens — and discuss regulatory considerations for issuers and various ways tokens can be useful.
