Biography

Tammy Hopkins is counsel in the Firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group.

Tammy represents clients in a wide variety of issues relating to the formation and administration of government contracts, as well as bid protests, contract disputes and litigation. Her experience includes representing clients before federal, state, administrative and arbitration tribunals.

Tammy has participated in jury trial teams for both commercial and government contract litigation. She also has assisted clients in wage and hour class actions, including collective actions arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

In her practice, Tammy has conducted internal investigations and compliance reviews for government contract clients. Additionally, she has counseled clients regarding government investigations, voluntary disclosures, reverse-FOIA claims, procurement integrity issues and wage and hour issues.

Tammy also has significant experience in reviewing and interpreting government contracts and reviewing, interpreting and drafting commercial contracts.
