Biography

Chloë Kealey is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on contentious regulatory proceedings, corporate crime, and commercial litigation.

Chloë has experience in acting for both corporates and individuals facing criminal and regulatory enforcement action and has worked on a number of Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) investigations. She also works on a range of civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Chloë was part of the dispute resolution team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, and previously worked in the white-collar crime team at Kingsley Napley LLP.
