Biography
Reena Patel is an associate in the Firm’s Special Situations, Credit & Trading Practice Group. She has experience in a wide range of complex, and often bespoke, finance transactions, including special situations and real estate finance, with particular focus on hospitality and acquisition and development. Reena has acted for a range of clients including corporate borrowers, high-net-worth individuals, non-institutional lenders, and private equity funds.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Reena was part of the Funds, Finance & Regulatory team at Fladgate LLP, where she assisted in advising lenders, developers and corporate borrowers on a range of real estate finance transactions, many of which were multi-part and multi-jurisdictional.
